Casa Ruiz is brought to you by an immigrated Chef by the name of Paola Ruiz.  Born and Raised in the capital of Peru during the 70's as a child her father took her to the best restaurants and they dabbled in the tastiest peruvian cuisines that Lima had had offer. That is where Paola's love for the art of cooking  started . After coming to the United States she became a mother and her love for food only grew more as she fed her three little daughters into three  grown adult women, you can now see them at Casa Ruiz working floor as Chef Ruiz is in the kitchen cooking up an unforgettable taste.
